Event Details

Learn the basics of planting and pruning fruit trees. We will discuss how and why fruit trees need to be pruned. The fundamentals of pruning will be covered in a way to make this important task seem easier. After the presentation, weather permitting, we will go into our demonstration garden next to the county building and demonstrate how young fruit trees can be pruned. We will also be around afterwards to answer gardening questions.
