All skill levels welcome! The morning will begin with an introduction to birding and using binoculars as well as introduction to the website/app iNaturalist, which can be used to contribute to citizen science and to help map and share observations of biodiversity across the globe.
After introductions, we will begin our Bioblitz! A Bioblitz is also known as a biological inventory or biological census. We will watch birds together and use the iNaturalist app to record any observations of plants, animals, fungi, and bugs in the Urban Forestry Educational Center!
