Learn how to prepare an area for wildflower seeding!

About this event

Now is the time to plant native wildflowers! Come help us sow Bay Area native wildflower seeds in support of the local bees, birds and other critters.

Volunteers will learn how to:

• prepare an area for wildflower seeding

• sow seeds

• care for seedlings

Can't wait to see you there!

What to Bring to Volunteer:

• Closed-toed shoes

• Gardening gloves

• Appropriate sun or rain protection (Sunscreen, Hat, Rain jacket, etc.)

• Water! Please bring plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated throughout the morning

All first time attendees must submit a Volunteer Waiver & Release form

• Participants18 and older must submit a Participant Waiver and Release Form.

• Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian complete the Participant Waiver and Release Form.

• Participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to attend.
