Event Details: Even though summer veggies are still producing, it is time to plan for the long cool season when we can grow a wide variety of vegetables including salad and cooking greens, the broccoli family, and all the root vegetables . . . and with less water and fewer weeds and pests. Master Gardeners will share information on what to plant, how to grow your own seedlings, how to manage the turnover of garden space from summer veggies to cool season veggies, and how to give your cool season vegetables the best possible start.
