Event Details: Here in Santa Clara County, we can grow edible gardens throughout the year even in our cool season (winter) and late summer is the time to start them. Join Master Gardener, Alice Schwegman and learn what vegetables grow well in our cool season. We’ll discuss seed selection, methods for starting seeds, when to plant seedlings into the garden and when and how to harvest. Come ready to think about continuing to grow food during cool, short, rainy days!
