Our City Forest Nursery Workday

Come volunteer at the OCF Community Nursery! Learn about native plants and stewardship of native, drought-tolerant plants by volunteering.

About this event

Ongoing help is needed for various tasks such as transplanting trees & shrubs, cultivating seedlings, building soil, watering, removing invasive species, pruning, moving and staking trees, labeling plants, filling mulch buckets, and propagating plants in the greenhouse. No experience necessary, just a willingness to work with others while enjoying the outside! Great opportunity to gain hands-on nursery and landscape experience while supporting a good cause!

This event is all ages, for other possible events check out our eventbrite page!
