Or are plants "just sitting there?" Winter veggies are generally low maintenance, but a few tips can help you get a better harvest.

Join Master Gardeners at the Palo Alto Demonstration Garden to discuss common problems and how to manage them. Attendees may bring photos or samples of pests or damaged vegetable plants for diagnosis.
