About this event

In this Do-It-Yourself workshop you will discover the facets of drought-tolerant gardening, species selection, spacing, and general care and maintenance. Learn how to leverage Valley Water's landscape rebate program and execute your own lawn bust!

This is a two-day, workshop in which you will learn the following skills:

Day 1: Friday, November 18th Virtual presentation 6:00pm-7:00pm

• Design & species selection

• Water runoff abatement strategies

• Sheet mulching & solid amendment application

Day 2: Saturday, November 19th In-person 9:30am- 12:30 pm

• Landscape installation

• Mulching

• Watering

• Q & A

Virtual meeting will be shared via email prior to the event.
