Event Details: Would you like to make more of your favorite plants? Multiplying a favorite plant using pieces of the parent plant, called vegetative propagation, is fun and easy. Come join Master Gardener Ann Finney who will talk about and demonstrate the different types of vegetative propagation methods. Ann will focus on drought tolerant California native plants, but these techniques will work for most any plant. You will learn all the steps to successfully propagate at your own home.

Participants should wear closed-toed shoes, layered clothing and a hat, as the class is held outside in our Pavilion. A refillable water bottle, notebook and writing implements are recommended. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to park and sign in.
Note: the park charges $6.00 for parking, or park closer to our area on Chynoweth Avenue near Vauxhall Circle for free.
