How to Grow Wildflowers From Seed- A Talk and Seed Exchange

Would you like a colorful and carefree Wildflower area in your garden next Spring? We've got a deal for you! Come join us to learn about growing wildflowers in your yard and to pick up some wildflower seeds to get your garden started. Wildflowers are hardy, beautiful, low-water use, often reseed, and provide pollen and nectar for our local pollinators. The talk will last about an hour, with the last half-hour for questions and seed exchange. Feel free to bring your saved wildflower seeds to share if you have them; but bringing seeds is not required to participate in the seed exchange.

We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes, layered clothing, and a hat, as the talk will be held outdoors and the weather is sometimes uncooperative.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to park and sign in.

Note: the Park charges $6.00 for parking.
